SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Order confirmation
Upon ordering, a confirmation will be sent to you through e-mail. If no confirmation is received please contact us as soon as possible.
Shipping
Free shipping within Sweden on orders above 298 SEK.
Shipping cost in Sweden on smaller orders: 49 SEK.
Shipping costs for EU: 99 SEK.
Switzerland and Norway: 149 SEK.
Rest of the world: 299 SEK.
Additional costs, such as custom fees, are to be paid for by the customer.
Delivery
Delivery times within Sweden are approximately to 2—3 working days.
A delivery notification will be sent by e-mail when your package has arrived at your local service point.
Estimated delivery times outside of Sweden: 3—5 working days within the EU and 7—10 days for the rest of Europe.
Delivery times are approximate and do not taking into account delays caused by external forces. Note that during sales the order-processing period may increase.
All products will be delivered as long as they are available in stock. Reservations are made for printing errors, stock control errors and changes in price. If a product is out of stock the price will be adjusted and the rest of the order will be shipped.
If noticing a defect or a production error with your purchased item, please contact Bric-a-brac within 14 days. We will cover the shipping cost and do our best to replace the defective item or fully reimburse you. If the package has been damaged during shipping please contact the shipping company to start with.
All items shipped are insured by Bric-a-brac while in transit.
Returns
Bric-a-brac has a 14 day return policy. In accordance with the Swedish law for distance and home shopping. The law does not apply to items bought in our physical stores.
The returned items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation and still have all labels attached. Bric-a-brac cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.
For hygienic reasons it is not possible to return underwear or swimwear.
Items can be exchanged or returned at our stores. Refunds will be made through the same media as the purchase was made.
The customer is responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Bric-a-brac. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Customers outside of the EU are responsible for filling any out additional customs documents to ensure that the package will not get stuck in customs or cause any additional fees for Bric-a-brac.
If the SALE items that you have purchased are not to your satisfaction, you are welcome to return them within 14 days.

Exchanges
Bric-a-brac will not charge additional shipping on exchanges.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. Exchanges are only processed upon receiving the returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
If interested in exchanging for another style please return your item/s to us and place a new order. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability.

Refunds
Refunds for returned items will be made within a week of the return to the credit card originally used through nets or by canceling the invoice from Klarna. If a partial return has been made, a new updated invoice will be sent by email.
Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.
Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Also returns or exchanges are not excepted after 14 days or if the item has been used, washed or damaged in any way.
