ECO
Our aim is to use as much eco-friendly materials as possible in our garments. In the spirit of that aim for sustainability, we also consider the importance of making clothes that are classic/timeless so that you want to keep them for a longer time. The importance of the quality of materials as well as comfort/cut and feel.
In our Eco line we try extra hard to find good ecological materials. The choice of material and composition varies from garment to garment depending on functionality. Often it is a certified eco material but sometimes it can be an equally good material that we believe works just as well. For more information about materials see Fabrics and Care.
Stationaries
Our paper bags, hangtags and catalogues as well as all e-commerce bags for our webshop are made from FSC approved paper. A way to ensure that we leave as small a footprint as possible, even in the small details.
Secondhand days
To encourage long-time use of our garments, we arrange a >Second Hand week< twice a year in our stores. Customers can sell their old Bric-a-brac clothes that no longer fit them, to someone who gives them a new home/a second life. The seller gets a voucher for 80% of the value and 20% goes directly to charity.
Return
Yet another way of working more ecological is to minimize waste. That is what we are doing in our Return line – here we design new models, in mid-season, with old left over stock. Read more about this below.
Production
Furthermore we focus on keeping the production as close as possible, preferably in Europe, for both production of fabrics and sewing. Close collaboration with small factories is Estonia, Lithuania and Italy is our way of ensuring that quality goal. It is also a way of ensuring fair working conditions and shorter transports.
We mainly use natural materials in accessories for our clothes, such as interlinings made from recycled polyester and linings in cupro, all made in closed circle production systems.
We also mostly use buttons made of pure natural materials, that can be recycled back to nature, like mother of pearl and corozo (a type of nut).
RETURN
Since we have been in business for more than thirty years, we have gathered some/a big left-over stock. We value the timeless quality of our fabrics and want to make new treasures out of them.With our Return collection we create a series of unique, limited-edition garments made of stock fabrics. New items often in mid-season – a faster and more dyna- mic approach. Every Return collection varies in quantity, from just a few unique blouses to larger series. All depending on how much we have left in stock of a specific fabric.
BASIC
Our Basic series consists of our own classic designs that we keep from one season to the next. Classics that makes the foundation of your wardrobe. The basic costume, the comfortable jeans, the merino sweater to keep you warm under the blazer etc.

Basic cotton
Black twill cotton trousers for men and women.
Basic jeans
A canvas cotton fabric in dark navy with a soft textured feel. Workwear inspired garments, jackets, skirts and trousers for men and women.
Basic wool
The everyday fishbone structured wool suit for work and pleasure. Easy to wear and care for. An all-lined clas- sic series of blazers, vests, trousers and skirts.
Basic boiled wool
A navy blue unisex jacket and accessories in boiled wool.
Basic merino
Soft warm merino knits, with complete fashion details for men and women. Knitted in Italy. In colours that vary with the seasons.
Basic poplin
The basic shirt for men and women. A timeless classic made with GOTS cotton.
Basic U-W
Our underwear series (U-W) is made in a silky soft, shiny bamboo-viscose, knitted in Sweden. Garments in the series include a slip dress, a top to wear under your blouses, and smooth briefs and boxers that allow your clothes to flow freely. This series is always available in black and pink and a third seasonal color that varies.
Basic belts
Vegetable tanned leather belts made in Italy that come in two styles: wide (unisex) and slim. Both available in black and cognac.
